I couldn’t have made a better choice than having lunch at the Ashbrook Restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a charming European feel. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. The food was excellent, every dish I tried was delicious, and even the coffee was top quality. The menu offers a wide variety of tempting options. Highly recommend!
Looked are reviews and pictures. Your experience was very disappointing. Not sure if our server was new or just untrained. Asked multiple times for things, pepper for salad, more water and got neither. The salad plate was dirty. The table was so dusty I could write my name. Ordered the burger. It was very dry and overcooked. We want to speak to a manager, but she left before the end of dinner service. We were hoping for a semi fine dining experience, you won’t find it here.
The food was not great by any means. The first words spoken by our waiter were “ We don’t have….” And proceeded to rattle off a number of apps and 3 of 7 entrees! The salmon was dry and over cooked. The steak was so raw that it was barely edible. Service was slow — we had to ask more than once for a diet soda. The place has great potential but not that night!
Awful. Service was horrible. Server completely clueless. Half the menu was “unavailable”. French red wine on the menu… not available. Offered a California substitute, but no info on what brand or grape. Fruit flies swarming. Filthy. We could write in the dust on the table. Two salads and a burger took 45 minutes. Extremely disappointing experience.
The menu is very limited and they were out of 3 of the main courses. Deviled eggs were ok. Cajun alfredo tasted like kraft macaroni and cheese with seasoning added. The salmon was good and nice potion but the potatoes were bland and the cornbread was ice cold. The cesar salad was tasteless and the chicken on it was tough. Server was very good and courteous.
