Very Disappointing...good concept but the food quality is so bad that everything had no taste.
Concept doesnt work. To much time wasted queueing for food. Food quality over rated
My party and I have been to the restaurant many times and usually enjoy ourselves. We were very disappointed with the service this time. Our server was less then friendly and not very attentive. We had to find a manager to have our wine opened. Being this establishment is"all you can eat"we were taking our time and enjoying our meal. I enjoyed the food, usually it's the celebration location, but we came on Trivia night (which I guess is every thursday)...There was a lot of Loud cowbells that evening...I ate my food fast to get out of there because it was SOOOOO LOUD to hear myself think
This is the 2nd time we have dined at this location and the service continues to be a problem. This time we came on a Tuesday at 4:30p and there were maybe 4 tables that were occupied. Even with this light crowd we did not get any assistance and when someone did finally show up, he looked rather annoyed like he didn't want to be there. Well we won't be going back. I think we have given them enough chances and they continue to disappoint us. Too bad because the food is good for the price.
Made a reservation based on Open Table and diner reviews because we were unfamiliar with Anaheim. I don't know what Fire + Ice restaurant others were describing, but my husband and I very extremely disappointed in the food and the whole atmosphere. It would be better described as a place for families with young screaming children, teenagers and people who just want quantity without quality. Our waitress seemed to preoccupied with other things rather than taking care if our party of 8. Very bad service sorry to say.
waitress was surly and rude. We were mostly ignored. food was pretty good, but lines were ridiculous. They could use a second grilling area, but I guess this restaurant makes it's money on alcohol, not on return restaurant customers. There are so many better restaurants in OC, don't waste your time and money here.
