Myles is an expert loan officer! Quick, easy to work with, and knowledgeable of the market. So glad we took his advice on timing our interest rate lock. Our closing was also unbelievably fast. We unexpectedly found a home that we wanted to put an offer on, but had not yet gotten a preapproval or even found a lender to make an offer with. We called up Myles, got preapproved and were able to make an offer that day on our now new home. With Myles, we were able to move quickly and close the deal three weeks later.
