I truly enjoyed my experience with Mr. Minor. First, let's face it, the mortgage process is not the most comfortable. When I was introduced to Mr. Minor, two other loan officers let me know (not nicely) that my difficult, complex, messy case was hopeless and I should wait a year and MAYBE try again. We are first time home buyers and used Mike as our lender based on a referral. We knew very little about the mortgage process. Mike was very patient with us and had no problem answering any questions we had. On several occasions he even called us after hours to help us go over the loan documents.
