I wanted to match up hardwood floors to existing floors before I moved into my new home. First US floors immediately returned my call, came out to measure and put the hardwood floors and removed carpet and left no construction trash behind. This all happened within a very short time frame. Instillation happened in 1 day. This was seamless process and excellent work. I would highly recommend First Us Floors, worth every penny!
My floors are gorgeous! Matt and his team did a fantastic job and were very helpful. The showroom has lots of options to choose from and Matt was very knowledgeable about his products which helped a lot in choosing a flooring material. I definitely recommend using First US Floors.
My First US Floors experience was exemplary from beginning to end. I met with Carlos and within 5 minutes he had shown me 3 flooring selections that were all wonderful. Matt had pricing to me quickly. The installation was done ahead of schedule despite the flooring arriving late from the manufacturer. The communication with Matt was always top notch. And, the floors look absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again!
Matt and Carlos are a pleasure to work with …they are engaged throughout the project. We replaced our hallway, foyer, living, dining and kitchen area with engineered wood floors and absolutely love the results! Pedro did the work and was polite and hardworking! When the tile was removed from the foyer our front door jamb was damaged …they took care of it by sending a professional team to replace the jam as well as new weather-stripping around the entire door. First US Floors are the best!
