amazing store! My fiance and I stopped by FCA on a Sunday afternoon to look for carpet for our new townhouse. We have never bought any carpet before and refered to see Jim. He was really helpful in finding just the right style and color to match our new paint. We are closing on our house in a week and can get the new carpet installed before we move in. All the salepeople were really friendly and even offered to come to our new house and do a design service. Wow!
Horrible product and return service Do not shop there. They are overpriced and lead you to believe they are selling quality product and thatâs the reason they cost more. I was sucked into their games and made a huge mistake shopping with them. I bought flooring for my entire house from them. First I will start with the carpet installation in which they missed cutting out two- floor vents and covered them up with carpet in which they did not come back and cut out.
