At first they appeared to be knowledgeable and sincere. But once the installers got here we heard a whole different story. We spent over 18K. We still have other work we are going to have done but we will not come back here again. The tile in our bathroom had a lot of spaces with missing grout and uneven in many spaces. FCA sent out their installer after about 4 months of waiting for someone to come. We paid for a grout that had a sealer to learn there is no sealer in the grout.
