This was the second time I’ve used Floor Coverings of Hawaii to install luxury vinyl plank flooring. The reason we chose them again was they provide excellent customer service, professional installation and superior products. We would definitely use them again.
We decided to go with Lowe's for our new carpet installation as they had a lower price than Floor Coverings Hawaii. Unfortunately it was a nightmare. The day of the install we took all our furniture out of our home put it out on our grass and waited for the guy to show up but sadly he never did. Didn't even give us a courtesy call to let us know he couldn't make it. I've have nothing, but great things to say about Floor Coverings Hawaii. From the salesperson (Christian) in the shop to the owner (Dan) to the installer (Marisha)....nothing but top notch. They were honest, reliable and responsive! We had old linoleum floors replaced with vinyl planking. We are very pleased and would highly recommend.
I've used Floor Coverings Hawaii twice and I love how both floors turned out. Their installer Dustin was great at listening and calming all my concerns. I walked into their shop to look at flooring on a Tuesday, they measured on Wednesday, started the job the following Monday, and completed 1200 sq ft of floor by Thursday. That's unheard of in Hawaii. I'm very impressed.
The Floor Coverings Hawaii staff was easy to work with from carpet purchase to installation. The installation crew showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. I would use them again.
