Very disappointed , bought 3,000 sq feet of “luxury ” vinyl flooring installed ourselves was only told to not lay kitchen over top and keep at least a 1/4” spacing from wall . Now our flooring is coming all apart and separating … Aaron paid for an assessor to come in and they said we didn’t lay it to the specs of the company and will not Cover it .. extremely disappointed , they should have given us a print out of what is actually expected in order not to void warranty, asked what they will be doing to help us out with this ... read more
We bought flooring from Floor Fashion World several years ago and it continues to look like new. We have received many compliments about the flooring over the years. Recently, we purchased flooring for our kitchen as well as materials for a backsplash from Floor Fashion World. The customer service was exceptional, the price affordable, the products look fantastic and the people that installed the products were polite and extremely efficient. Floor Fashion World in North Bay has beautiful products with knowledgeable flooring professionals! I am so pleased with my floors even years after they were installed. From start to finish of our new home Floor Fashion World was fantastic to work with. We were shown various products in their showroom, with a vast array of choices. From our carpet, to basement vinyl, upstairs laminate flooring, bathroom floor tiles, our superb shower and finally our stunning kitchen. Of course all the grouts and products in between. It was a pleasure to work with Brian and Aaron on designing our dream home. Thank you.
Highly recommend Floor Fashion World. They just finished two sets of stairs for me and my stairs were not easy to work with, they had lots of flaws. But this company did a great job making it loom great. They came when they said they would and their prices are reasonable. They worked with me to find the right carpet and i’m happy with the end result.
