Floor Fashion World in North Bay has beautiful products with knowledgeable flooring professionals! I am so pleased with my floors even years after they were installed. I especially appreciated that I could get a good quality, custom-sized area carpet for my living room! Highly recommend Aaron, Brian and their team!
From start to finish of our new home Floor Fashion World was fantastic to work with. We were shown various products in their showroom, with a vast array of choices. From our carpet, to basement vinyl, upstairs laminate flooring, bathroom floor tiles, our superb shower and finally our stunning kitchen. Of course all the grouts and products in between. It was a pleasure to work with Brian and Aaron on designing our dream home. Thank you.
UPDATE- after contacting this business today and explaining what had happened (confirming my name and address) though I did complain all those years ago when this took place it ended with an apology, which is fine. But doesn’t rectify this situation or change my mind that this is a 1 star business. My dog scratched up the carpet in the door way and when I asked the people of floor fashion world if it was possible to just replace that small area they said no the whole room needed to be replaced. Highly recommend Floor Fashion World. They just finished two sets of stairs for me and my stairs were not easy to work with, they had lots of flaws. But this company did a great job making it loom great. They came when they said they would and their prices are reasonable. They worked with me to find the right carpet and i’m happy with the end result.
We worked with the team twice and both times we were very happy with the friendly and helpful service. Our last project was carpet in our basement and the team made sure we get the project finished in a very short deadline. We can recommend to work with the team floor and fashion. Thank you :)
