HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I cannot stress enough the level of professionalism we received. Rey has a great team. We had to have all the floors replaced in the house because the builders team did not do a good job. On April 3rd My wife and I hired The Floor King to do our tile foyer, bathroom, and consultation on our kitchen. Today I have given it some time and WOW!!!! The work they have done is so amazing! We are so pleased as to the quality of the materials and the labor we will make them our go to from now on. Ray was our representative at Floor King and was nothing short of amazing himself in his design ideas and product selection. Many times you buy the product, but sometimes it's more important to buy the store first.
It was a no stress, no pressure, easy experience. Rey was very accommodating from showing us the carpet samples, measuring the rooms, and setting up the installation. The installers did a wonderful job. They were very efficient and were very accommodating to our timeline. Overall, we are very happy with the experience with Floor King and the quality of the product.
My experience with Ramon at Floor King was superb. He did a great job helping me to choose the right flooring for my project. I was on a tight schedule finishing the project, and he made sure we got it scheduled and finished on time. The result is beautiful! I went to Floor King after experiencing poor customer service somewhere else, and I'm glad I did. This was a much better experience and at a lower price.
I have shopped around to find quality flooring for our bedrooms and I have to say that Floor King met my expectations both in quality and pricing! I cannot thank enough Ray Gonzalez who went above and beyond throughout the entire process! He brought me several samples, offered his expertise, and communicated in details at each step of the process! I love my new flooring and definitely recommend Floor King and especially Ray!
