HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I cannot stress enough the level of professionalism we received. Rey has a great team. We had to have all the floors replaced in the house because the builders team did not do a good job. Our floors started exploding putting us in a real bind but Rey was very knowledgeable and in the end I ended up getting very good flooring for a very reasonable price during an extremely difficult situation. It was a no stress, no pressure, easy experience. Rey was very accommodating from showing us the carpet samples, measuring the rooms, and setting up the installation. The installers did a wonderful job. They were very efficient and were very accommodating to our timeline. Overall, we are very happy with the experience with Floor King and the quality of the product.
My experience with Ramon at Floor King was superb. He did a great job helping me to choose the right flooring for my project. I was on a tight schedule finishing the project, and he made sure we got it scheduled and finished on time. The result is beautiful! I went to Floor King after experiencing poor customer service somewhere else, and I'm glad I did. This was a much better experience and at a lower price.
I have shopped around to find quality flooring for our bedrooms and I have to say that Floor King met my expectations both in quality and pricing! I cannot thank enough Ray Gonzalez who went above and beyond throughout the entire process! He brought me several samples, offered his expertise, and communicated in details at each step of the process! I love my new flooring and definitely recommend Floor King and especially Ray!
Rey Gonzalez and installer Wilmer Nataren were great. 5 stars. They both had to troubleshoot what appear to be Floor King issues (1. a request for additional home insurance in the initial proposal in bold text that couldn’t be clarified and was therefore removed, and 2. the flooring actually provided to the installers did not match the initial sample and had to be swapped out, and so unnecessarily taking the installation to an additional day).
