We started the process of replacing all our upstairs carpet unexpectedly. What was only going to be paining of 2 rooms led to this project. We were on a time crunch to replace the old carpet in the bedrooms. We had so many issues with the previous contractor and decided to contact Floor Max last minute and they were there the very next day with no issue. We expected to pay a premium since we were dealing with a company, but to our surprise, it was actually way more affordable than what we were quoted previously. Floor Max was so helpful with the process of replacing our old carpet with something more updated. Completely transformed the bedrooms in our house! The installers were efficient and did a wonderful job. Recommend to everyone.
