We started the process of replacing all our upstairs carpet unexpectedly. What was only going to be paining of 2 rooms led to this project. From the moment we walked into Floor Max we received great service. Caleb helped us in picking out a carpet. He was very knowledgeable. We were on a time crunch to replace the old carpet in the bedrooms. We had so many issues with the previous contractor and decided to contact Floor Max last minute and they were there the very next day with no issue. We expected to pay a premium since we were dealing with a company, but to our surprise, it was actually way more affordable than what we were quoted previously.
