I work long hours at the hospital and didn't want to feel rushed picking out a flooring that would work with my pre-existing tile and 3 dogs. I was more than pleased with the final result and grateful for how patient Alec was. Tiffany Torres is highly professional, courteous, pleasant to work with, and very helpful. She was prompt with all her times and kept in close contact throughout the install process. The installers were both very fast and very efficient. Did a phenomenal job and the carpet looks fantastic. 2100sq ft job was done in a day and half. Both installers were very polite and worked very hard to complete the job in a more than timely fashion. Would recommend Floor Source to anyone and everyone. Top notch job all around!

Mr. Alec is very knowledgeable, and I learned so much by visiting this place. I was going to purchase the products from them and do it myself, but they don't deliver products to my house (unless I hire a third party) and I also found products I liked better over the ones I was going to purchase at this store, so I decided to go with a different route. I'm still very thankful for Mr. Alec and there was also a very sweet lady. Thank you for your service.
What a wonderful experience to work with Tiffany at Floor Source. We purchased a large wood floor order and Tiffani worked patiently with us for over 10 months constantly rearranging her workers schedules as we had to keep delaying install due to our house fire restoration delays.
