Heard on the radio they are closing, not too surprised. Ordered carpet for rental. Took 3 weeks to measure, 3 mo weeks to install. Recommended installed did poor installation, carpet came apart. Store said warranty on commercial carpet voided if used on rentals and passed buck to installer. Installer blamed store. Carpet doctor blamed installer and did their best to fix the shoddy mess. Corneal asked me who I recommend for carpet, Haynes sir.
Worst experience! Their sub contractors smoked cigarettes all day and did not get the job done on time. Then when the supervisor showed up they pretended to work. Then after they scooted out without me checking them out I found broken items. I went to the manager of the store about it and he claimed that they are not responsible for THeIR sub contractors and refused to give the the business license of the sub contractor.
