We’ve used floor trader several times. Each time was a great experience. They are prompt, professional and affordable. I was pleased to see many of the same employees that I dealt with years ago when we bought vinyl planks. This year, we had their contractors install carpet and they did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Floor Trader.
Floor trader was a great experience. Representatives are super helpful and patient as you weed through all the options. I was initially planning to use another installer but when they priced that out for me, it wasn't much more than the other person doing it as a side job. And we were extremely happy with the installation. All the way around, it was a painless experience! Would definitely recommend.
As a property management company, we order carpet and have it installed on a regular basis. Floor Trader has been fantastic. They have been very responsive, have great prices and great customer service.
