We've called this "business" repeatedly to repair some flooring. However, every time we call we're told that Benji is in the warehouse today, but I'll tell him you called. This phone tag has gone on for a few weeks, so I guess I'll have to find another company to repair the floor which this company installed. We were informed that the sunlight damaged our luxury vinyl plank flooring, but it's only damaged in one area near the windows, and there is no sun on the back side of my house. Brandon and his partner came out to my home today to replace my fan blades and they went above and beyond with fixing parts of the fan that were not assembled/installed properly. They were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable about their product. I highly recommend working with them. Happy customer here sharing my personal experience with these two gentlemen.
I came for a Unusual light bulb and they took the time to look it up for me in wrote the information down where I could get it . They didn't have to go to that trouble. They also have many things such as Ceiling fans flooring And of course lighting.. people are very nice and helpful
We bought a house who used this company for the floor and they were extremely disappointing. They came out multiple times for repairs and in regards to our floor clicking when you walk on it and kept saying “the floor is fine”. Yet when we have people over they notice the clicking immediately. Then when my husband would try to call at the end of our warranty they kept dodging his calls when he gave his name and purposely not call back. They we're OK. I was very excited to work with them at first but after after installation, final payment was a nightmare. The installer was friendly and knowledgeable but there was no mention of collection of final payment, which made it a hassle. Good product and show room, operation doesn't run smoothly.
