Been chatting with Ross for over one year about installing new flooring - they got me a sample and Mr.David dropped it off at home to make sure it matches and he measured my room. We had a great experience start to finish. Every single person was professional and nice, great communication, and meticulous install. Fair pricing. The installer even came in on a Saturday to make up for a hurricane that put everyone off track. Will use again, will recommend. We were also on a very tight timeline and they made everything happen for such a large job (entire 1st floor, stairs, and upstairs hallway).
Ross was extremely helpful and made this experience very painless. Willing to share his knowledge but never pushy. I appreciated his expertise and willingness to help!
Charlie was very attentive and helpful in assisting me with selecting my floor tile, wall tile, and vinyl flooring.
