The installers showed up and only then, when my stuff was in the yard and garage did they tell me they couldn't do the job. The guy who took the measurements should have checked to see if they could do the job. I had to use a different installer on short notice and the flooring cost more.

I can't say enough good things about Flooring 101 in Oxnard! We have dealt with Ian on 2 different occasions and the customer service has been outstanding. Ian goes out of his way to make sure all details are taken care of. In addition, the installers were very skilled and professional. We are very happy with our new flooring and would highly recommend Flooring 101.

Shopping for engineered wood floor. We went twice and browsed through their extensive samples. Found one that seemed perfect. Then we were told it had been discontinued. Picked a second choice from their samples. We were told they did not have that one either and didn't think they would be able to get it. I went in just checking prices and color and was taken care of by Manny. He was awesome and very patient with me. It think I've picked out what I like and will be going back! Thank you Manny for your patience with teaching me the difference between laminate and vinyl!
