Absolutely horrendous customer service. Once you buy from them they are through with you. We have been trying to for the last few months to get someone out here to check our floors for a warranty issue. Roman finally came out a few months ago after several calls and messages left with no return call. He took several pictures and said he would get back to me AND NEVER DID.
