We recently purchased vinyl tile and hardwood from Flooring America of Fairfax. We had a few estimates come through and found the pricing to be lower than a few others and the selection was much better than Lowes and Home Depot. The showroom is beautiful and the entire process was as easy as we could hope for. The floors in our basement and living room are gorgeous and my wife is very happy. Overall, we highly recommend to our friends and family.

Our experience with Flooring America has been very frustrating, with problems every step of the way. The flooring delivered looked nothing like the sample; instead of a light gray with blue tones it was a flat mud brown. This project was the most expensive bid we obtained, but we thought we were purchasing a premium service and product. Naturally Aged Flooring advertised the product as 5/8" but it measured at 17/32" as delivered.
