We had all the flooring in our home replaced after 10 years (vinyl plank + carpet). The staff was great to work with from the start. All the flooring arrived to the warehouse quicker than expected. Joe Ward coordinated the installation and final touches. Loved that he kept us well informed of the plans, timing and our final satisfaction. He even personally delivered a customized area rug to our home. Highly recommend.

Last week we had flooring installed by Flooring America in Davenport IA. The installation was excellent and smooth. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Especially helpful was Joe Ward who coordinated the installation. When we noticed that transition pieces between the tile and laminate did not match, he had us come to the store and select ones that did and ordered those. He’s also delivered a large rug we had made himself that had been left off the original delivery. Great customer service.

We recently purchased engineered hardwood flooring from Flooring America for 5 rooms in our house. We worked with Joe Ward and he was awesome. From the moment we walked into the store to the time we brought the new flooring home, he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Joe is very knowledgeable and didn’t try to pressure us into buying anything, it was a pleasure doing business with him. Our new flooring looks great and we will definitely go back to Joe and Flooring America for future projects!

We worked with Joe Ward and he did an amazing job helping us pick out our flooring. We told him what we liked and wanted and came back with many different options. Joe was very knowledgeable of all the flooring. We will definitely contact Joe again when we do our upstairs and bedroom floors.

We have continued to have terrible experience with flooring of America. Our sales rep Cam 2 years ago was a complete idiot and did not communicate with us at all. When they came in to install we asked them to fix the slope in our kitchen which did not happen. We have had have the floor boards replaced already and just tried to again because it is a high traffic area. Tony has been rude every time we have needed something replaced. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Spend your money elsewhere.
