We recently purchased engineered hardwood flooring from Flooring America for 5 rooms in our house. We worked with Joe Ward and he was awesome. From the moment we walked into the store to the time we brought the new flooring home, he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Joe is very knowledgeable and didn’t try to pressure us into buying anything, it was a pleasure doing business with him. Our new flooring looks great and we will definitely go back to Joe and Flooring America for future projects!

We worked with Joe Ward and he did an amazing job helping us pick out our flooring. We told him what we liked and wanted and came back with many different options. Joe was very knowledgeable of all the flooring. We will definitely contact Joe again when we do our upstairs and bedroom floors.

Our new basement carpeting and vinyl flooring just got installed and we absolutely love it!! Joe was so helpful and patient helping us figure out colors (and let us take home a ton of samples to compare). The install process was smooth, and Joe was even able to get us on the schedule two weeks earlier than we expected. The basement finally looks like a comfy living space. Thank you Joe and Flooring America!

We have continued to have terrible experience with flooring of America. Our sales rep Cam 2 years ago was a complete idiot and did not communicate with us at all. When they came in to install we asked them to fix the slope in our kitchen which did not happen. We have had have the floor boards replaced already and just tried to again because it is a high traffic area. Tony has been rude every time we have needed something replaced. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Spend your money elsewhere.

Joe was amazing to work with! I was looking for new flooring and REALLY didn’t want to deal with the mess of pulling up all of the tile. Joe took the time and went through all of my options with me. We were able to put laminate OVER the tile and wood - no mess! And it turned out beautiful! Their installer did an amazing job as well. Very professional and polite! I would 100% recommend anyone looking for new flooring or updating their flooring to talk to Joe at Flooring America!
