The customer service is awful! The **, ****** lacks accountability & wont refund money due to customers. I ordered 1200 sq ft of both carpet & padding, the installers left my house after installation with 2 rolls of pad, telling me I should be refunded for it, when I called the sales associate ******** & asked about it, he said hed check into it & then later sent me a text that it was their extra pad.
