I used Flooring America to replace carpet in my basement following a flood. The work by the install team was perfect. I was not explained that my insurance company would not be collecting my deductible and that they shorted Flooring America the cost of my deductible. I was first notified via a phone call from a sales rep from Flooring America trying to secure payment over the phone. It is standard business practice to move into collections after 4 months of nonpayment for a bill, and we did our best to be understanding of the circumstances.
