Flooring Factory recently replaced my master bedroom carpeting with engineered hardwood. They were a joy to work with. Melina, Emily, Anna and Bryan were all amazing. They are professional and knowledgeable about their products. They were responsive and punctual. They were able to match my existing wood floors perfectly. I am so pleased with my new bedroom floor. We are so happy with this group that we are already planning our next project with them.
We enjoyed working with the folks at Flooring Factory to install new engineered hardwood in our LR/DR area and porcelain tile in the galley kitchen. Emily, Bryan, and Milena were great representatives during the selection, scheduling, and follow up process. The installers worked professionally to complete the work and Kyle returned for very minor touch up on a few wood floor seams. Fabulous team! Right from the start everyone was very professional and patient.Our installer was amazing his name is Alan. Also Wander is the designer, he was very meticulous and spot on with blending old with new.
They deserve 10 stars for service, friendliness, and top-notch work. I originally was in touch with them to help with my discontinued tile which they sourced for me even though they were not laying it. Since then, Flooring Factoy has replaced our kitchen floor, and the workmanship and service were fantastic.
