I purchased wide plank Mohawk Revwood laminate flooring, underlayment, baseboards, molding from Flooring Liquidators in Santa Clara. Vince Galvan was awesome with prompt communication. His service was impeccable. I had decided on the flooring after extensive online research. Vince provides the highest level of customer service. I can't say enough great things. They also had the best pricing, and I went to at least 4 stores in the Brokaw area, thinking a smaller store would have more aggressive pricing, but they did not beat FL.

Not sure what happened to the manager Mike but this store is day and night compared to 2020. I was victim of a bait and switch scam. I called their website team and was given a price + $99 delivery but told the local store might be able to beat this price. Once at the store I met with Vince, which I have to say is working hard and much more decent than his manager Mike. He couldn’t give me a better price but I asked if he could waive the $99 delivery fee, he said he would ask Mike and took my $6,300 payment. A few days lat... read more
