Currently we are in the process on renovating our third home in LA and we have been looking for quality flooring. I had a great experience picking up my flooring, Yesenia is very friendly and knowledgeable , she made it very easy to pick and explained the difference. Brianna is also friendly and great to work with . I recommend this place for sure .
I have used Flooring Liquidators for my flooring needs over the past seven years. Brianna is amazing. She knows her stuff. She will go above and beyond to get you the best price. I used to check two or three different places before I would purchase flooring for my construction projects but now I don’t waste my time I just go straight to Brianna because no one can beat her knowledge, price or expertise.
This place was great. I was helped by Brianna and this girl knows her stuff. She was very informative and so truly helpful. I was very surprised at the amount of options they had available when we were picking flooring for our bathroom. Brianna also helped us by staying within our budget. A+ on service!!
The purchasing experience was good. Very helpful and pricing was good. Where it went south was at install. The installation was very simple and I had one or two small areas of carpet that needed reattached and they wanted to charge me just as much to do that as the entire original install. Their installer was extremely rude when we were trying to negotiate the additional work. He claimed to be trying to work with me. Won't be using Flooring Liquidators again.
