I could not have asked for a better Job. The crew that Flooring Liquidators sent were 100% top notch professional 👌, they were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, clean and very respectful, and fast but never cut any corners , they gave me options and said they can work with whatever I choose. The finished floor came out perfect and I mean perfect, I would definitely recommend Flooring Liquidators to anyone considering having new floors, they were definitely the right choice 👍.
This is to address my previous review. After seeing the poor review I left for the lack of communication we received throughout our carpet order/install process, I received a phone call from Joe, a regional manager for Flooring Liquidators. He was extremely apologetic and accepted responsibility for the lack of communication from the staff. We love doing business with this place. We love to work with Maggie; her knowledge is phenomenal and she’s able to explain things in ways that are easy to understand. We’ve done two houses with her and the vinyl floors look amazing. She even helped us find a great contractor to install them. We are so lucky to have found Maggie, and so very happy to do business with Flooring Liquidators.
One excuse after another!! We ordered carpet for our home early in November and were told it would be installed before Thanksgiving. After no word from anyone at the store, we called (after Thanksgiving) and were told they didn’t know what the delay was and they would get back to us. After several additional calls we were told there was a problem at the manufacturer and it would be the end of December. Fine. The store has many kinds of carpets, vinyl flooring, kitchen table in different colors and price. Luis helps us with explaining about what we should look to find a good carpet and vinyl. He gave us an estimate price and recommend someone to come the same day to measure our floor and we got a good deal from the contractor guy. Then we went back to the store with the measurement and decide which one we want to use and Louis gave an extra discount from the material.
