Good place to buy flooring, Anna good prices
I went in, the guy at the counter was helpful while Bruno was finishing up with another customer. I could overhear Bruno’s knowledgeable comments about the products so once they left, I asked for his help. He’s very kind, welcoming, and informative. I felt like he was a buddy from high school who really wanted to help me have a successful and affordable project. Working with Bruno was great. He was very responsive to our needs and quick to communicate. A very refreshing experience in todays world of diminishing customer service. FL and Bruno rock!
The install was great....the finish is where it got difficult. I think more communication would have been better. I was told parts were missing....but then I was called for a finishing appointment and they no-showed. I know we have been in a pandemic and things are delayed...I am cool with that, but I called me....two months later aI decided to check in and I decided to go and add another 1000 to what was paid in good faith.
