I ordered carpeting but when they arrived (late) and had removed my old carpeting and padding and moved my heavy furniture out of the room, the carpet they brought in was a different shade. Since we are elderly we couldn't face the problem of living in that mess until they either found what we had ordered, or made some other adjustment, so we let them install the wrong color. When I complained, they offered me $100 off the price! NEVER BUY HERE!
