TL;DR poor quality flooring; selling end of life flooring without disclosure; horrible installers; poor customer service; overall bad experience. Would avoid like the plague. Replaced the floors in the whole house and went with their installers. Floor was initially installed with lippage and unlevel upstairs; stair noses were also crooked and were squeaking and coming apart 2 weeks after install. they did our outdoor tile around the pool. Joaquin led the team and he was amazing working as long as hard as he had to get it done. there was opportunities in some cases for artistic expression and he took them with aplomb. perfect experience. highly recommend
