Alix at Flooring Warehouse provided a pleasant experience from start to finish. This was our first time approaching a flooring project, but Alix put us at ease and tirelessly helped us find the right style, color and pattern for our upstairs. Our home is 2 years old and the flooring that was installed by the builder was already starting to crack and warp. Overall experience with Flooring warehouse was exceptional! Loved working with Leah as she is very knowledgeable and thorough with her explanations, however was not long winded and I even left with a 'ballpark' quote after our first meeting. (Several places only would give me a quote if they actually came to the house) The flooring team did an outstanding job! SO grateful we found Leah and the team at Flooring Warehouse. The quality and aesthetics of the inventory far exceed that of inventory at big box stores. Have worked with Leah the store manager and she has given us excellent care, top quality products and wonderful installers from carpet to flooring and now working on a stacked stone project for my fireplace and bar… prices were fair and reasonable . She does not try to oversell but help you save money if and where possible… She has great taste and excellent Customer service skills. If you want the best give Leah a call .
