I'd love to write a review on the quality of the services, but unfortunately I've submitted 2 online requests for information and have left 3 voicemails for the Waukesha team without a response. Sad to see their lack of customer service and willingness to help a customer who just wants to look at new flooring!
Choosing the colors for the flooring and counters for our new Miracle home from the sample pieces was a little overwhelming, because I wasn't sure how it would all turn out. I am so thankful for Sue Mesa's help! Sue listened to the descriptions of what I wanted and helped me find the samples of floor and counters that went well together. Contractors are useless and does not do a good job. Some of them are abusive as well. Be careful when buying a product and letting them install it for you. Avoid this business.
Worst place ever two women co owners are Nasty a people!!
