Horrible experience. Tile and grout starting cracking after 9 months. Floors llc sent someone to repair and they used the wrong color grout. Then they argue with us about it being the wrong color and want us to wait 30 days to even put us on the schedule to fix their mistake. It’s now been two weeks and they won’t even return calls.
I've had my shower pan replaced 3 times and it's still not right. Floors had an appointment to come to my home yesterday and they no call no showed. I've called and left messages but no one will respond. This is through the warranty department of my builder, Pulte. Don't use this tile Co. Unless you want one headache after the next. Totally ridiculous!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. We just moved into a brand new home 4 weeks ago and hardwood floors and master bath tiling are a mess. Hardwood floors- it appears that they used faulty planks. Additionally, there is something smeared over about 1/2 of the floors area. The grout in the master bath has what appears to be mold and rust in it. Company was subcontracted by our builder Cambridge Homes to install wood floors and carpet. Never laid self leveling concrete before installing wood floors and they are buckling and lots of hollow spots. Came out to tear up the entire wood floors 1 week before closing to redo. Have been out twice since for hollow spots. Absolutely terrible job and would never ever recommend them. Brand new home had seems showing in the carpet on day of closing. Worst service installer / provider. They did the worst servie ever on our house, will not come out on there dime to fix what they were paid for. We have multiple hollow tiles, bulging carpet, thin grout around tub & a shower / walls & tiles they failed to do correctly (Shower walls & base are cracked to foundation). For the shower they cut out the protective lining & did not replace, tiles & masonry in shower is severely cracked unable to use shower.
