We called Floors Direct on a referral of a neighbor. Our floor needed to be replaced. Peter answered the phone, we were able to make an appointment at his showroom in Bedminster. A few days later in the showroom we spoke with Janet who was very knowledgable, she pointed us to a grouping of floors that had the designs and price point that was perfect for what we were looking for in a floor. Right from the selection process in their showroom to in-home measure and the install, the process was seamless and experience was amazing. Highly recommend them for any flooring needs. We love our new carpet on the stairs and hallway.
Had a wonderful experience using Floors Direct to install a stair runner in our house. Pete came for an on-site estimate and Janet helped us make a decision on the type of carpet we wanted to use. She ordered samples of different carpets so that we could compare the various colors/styles against the color of our stairs. Their pricing is extremely competitive with other vendors. It was a pretty quick turnaround time of a few weeks... even through the busy holiday season!
We had a great experience with Floors Direct. We needed a bedroom carpet on a quick timeframe. Janet and Peter were very helpful and professional and able to meet our deadline. We are very happy with the beautiful wool carpet and plan to be a repeat customer very soon!
