About 8 weeks ago I posted on Nextdoor that I could not recommend Floors Direct on 192 in Melbourne. We were not happy with the way our floors were holding up. I must apologize to the owner, Kent Copeland. After my post he reached out to us and came to look at what was going on with them. He vowed to make it right and that he did. There was a manufacture defect in the material. He had us pick new flooring, had a crew come and remove the old and install the new. We live in Kentucky, but have a place in Palm Bay. After having a hot water tank leak that flooded our bedroom we made a trip in on December 6 to Floors Direct and talked to Branden. We were limited on time we had to get the installation complete so Branden went above and beyond to help us pick out a carpet that we would like, and he even was able to get someone to measure that same day and get the installation scheduled for 9th. Very Professional job through and through. Would highly recommend this business and installers. JJ is first class in flooring information and products help. The installation was perfect, no issues at all. Showed up Everyday and worked until job was finished and job site was cleaned up. Would definitely use again….* ATTN: All Veterans, this is a company I would use. On Time, Hard work, Clean, Yes Sir kind of Team, mission first….! They get it, highly recommend!
Our carpet was done last week. Mr. Chad and his crew were awesome. Very pleasant and they did a great job installing our pretty carpet. Mr. JJ has been great to work with as well. Thank you
We just completed a major renovation in a home with a few challenges. The Floors Direct team was excellent, from the sales consultant to the installation foreman, site lead and crew. They did everything possible to make ir perfect, and completed way ahead of schedule. I definitely recommend them.
