We stepped into the store about 15 minutes before closing time to look at vinyl floors. Michelle was very knowledgeable. She was patient with us (despite the imminent closing time), provided a lot of useful and technical information. We haven't bought anything yet but if their services is as good as their professional advice, we are definitely in great hands!

Not even for free tile I visited this store for the third time and I was treated badly. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt the other two times, some people have bad days or they don't feel good, or are tired. At least they are consistent! I was treated consistently bad all three times. The first time I saw Michelle. She looked busy and seemed like she was in charge, so I was excited that I might get some...

What a mess. I would not recommend Nice work, but they were terrible to work with and continue to be. I don't even know where to begin with the mess they made of our place. They offered to cover some expenses but for the amount of time we had to clean up and the amount of time we have had to spend calling and trying to contact them it cost us a lot of time and money. I would not recommend working with them. Terrible experience and continues to be.

Mess, terrible customer service. Terrible experience with this company. They did a nice job, but left the place a mess, and locked us out. We spent hours cleaning the mess here. The company has been less than responsive. We have to call multiple times and have been dealing with this for months. Now they want us to pay. I would not recommend them to anyone. Worst experience with a contractor by far.
