I went to Floors for Living after reading some reviews and receiving several inflated quotes for remodeling my staircase. David,the manager at the Barker Cypress store, was most welcoming and listened intently to my fruitless efforts. He is extremely friendly guy and, very knowledgeable and experienced in so far as floors are concerned. I recently had my floors done with Floors for Living and chose Republic Flooring in the color Bentley. Tommy was incredibly helpful and patient as I explored different options, and he always responded to my questions promptly. He truly made the whole process seamless. Jose and his team, who installed the floors, worked tirelessly and did an amazing job. I recently bought a house and knew it needed some updates, starting with the floors. I went to Floors for Living, and I’m so glad I did. David, the store manager, was incredibly helpful and genuinely enthusiastic about the project. He worked with me to stay within my budget, which I really appreciated. The renovation isn’t done yet, but just having the new floors in has already made such a huge difference—the house looks so much better! Great experience overall, and I’d definitely recommend them.
The great reviews definitely drew me in but unfortunately did not live up to expectations. I got my shower redone, kitchen backsplash and bathroom and kitchen retiled. The work itself is not bad but there were a lot of empty promises and poor communication. I was supposed to get a niche in my shower but the contractor said they had no info on this and had to do the shower without the niche. I am very satisfied with the work and sales assistance that Floors for Living showed me. I was very indecisive and couldn't decide since they had numerous floor choices to choose from but David the Store Manager at the Barker Cypress location was patient and knowledgeable in what he does. I will highly recommend considering Floors for Living to do your Floors. David as well as the installers were very professional and respectful. Great job!
