I have had such a great experience working with this company to purchase our living room floors online, especially with Tony. She’s really looked out for us throughout his entire process. I’ve talked to a couple of her colleagues on the phone as well and they’ve just been amazing and knowledgeable. I LOVE that when I call, I don’t have to go through a ton of prompts and hold times to reach a live person. I’ll follow them on Facebook so I can find them again for our next flooring purchase.
I ordered online, about 800 ft.² of Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring. I did have to call to check on my order that was shipped a few days late. But other then that , they were very professional and friendly customer service. The floors I ordered turned out beautiful, they were the click lock installation all of the planks clicked in just fine..all the floors were delivered in good condition. Finally the entire downstairs of my house has one solid flooring that turned out amazing!
We love the new floors. Flooring was reasonably priced the installation seemed a little high but they did a very good job. Salesman Dan at the avon store was very helpful.
Absolutely love my floors. Everyone was fantastic to work with. Made it very easy and they were extremely helpful and courteous. Will definitely buy from again.
