My salesman, Dan, helped me find exactly what I wanted and took care of all the details including getting the great crew at Falcon to install my floors. They did an excellent job! Not a single ding to the walls or trim. Previously, I thought that was just an expected part of the process. They were meticulous, and I love all my new floors. Dan helped me pick a waterproof hard surface that is modern and beautiful and also directed me to the most perfect, indestructible, softest carpet. The whole operation was great!
