I'll give it a decent rating because the guy knew what he was talking about. He gave us some examples to some flooring and how certain types scratch, which was helpful. The reason it's not a 5 star, the type we picked up, the msrp price was way higher, I'm guessing so their discount price will look better. Do your homework!! The same kind I bought was on the original manufacturing site (Lumber Liquidators) for the same price only a different color. We looked at the same floors at a place in our town that was $4 more a square foot, I called up to Floors to your Home and they had the amount I needed and they were first quality! We saved so much money and Chris had all of our paperwork ready for us to pick up on a Saturday morning.

Chris, from the Indianapolis South store, was very helpful as we selected our engineered hardwood flooring. We found exactly what we wanted, and the price was very reasonable. Rob Wright, from Wright's Flooring, and his team (Bob, Chris, and Brandon) did our installation which consisted of a great room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry. Be very very careful with this company. I decided to test them out for a small portion of a larger project. When looking at the quality of the materials on the floor and pulling items out of open boxes, it was fairly common to see some sort of breakage on the tongue / groove. I asked how they handled broken items within a box once purchased, the answer was vague on whether they'd provide replacements and they indicated that shipping the product overseas and the traveling over land, some of that breakage was to be expected... read more
