Customer service was good but the Cabin Grade hardwood flooring was only good for firewood. I expected some loss but there were so many splits, pieces with edge bark, bug holes and short pieces that I wouldn’t even want it in a cabin. It would have required a ton of work to cut and re-groove the ends to make usable pieces but wasn’t worth it. Might be good as wall covering with a lot of character.

We looked at the same floors at a place in our town that was $4 more a square foot, I called up to Floors to your Home and they had the amount I needed and they were first quality! We saved so much money and Chris had all of our paperwork ready for us to pick up on a Saturday morning.

Great customer service from Chris Wash. ordered flooring and needed more, Chris was on top of it. I’ve started by all my flooring from floors to your home all because I’ve had the most wonderful experience. Thank you Floors to your home and Christopher Wash for being the best at what you do.

Chris, from the Indianapolis South store, was very helpful as we selected our engineered hardwood flooring. We found exactly what we wanted, and the price was very reasonable. Rob Wright, from Wright's Flooring, and his team (Bob, Chris, and Brandon) did our installation which consisted of a great room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry. I'll give it a decent rating because the guy knew what he was talking about. He gave us some examples to some flooring and how certain types scratch, which was helpful. The reason it's not a 5 star, the type we picked up, the msrp price was way higher, I'm guessing so their discount price will look better. Do your homework!! The same kind I bought was on the original manufacturing site (Lumber Liquidators) for the same price only a different color.
