The staff at Floortech went above and beyond on my project! I had an engineered hardwood flooring from 10 years ago - and never thought I'd EVER find something that matched. They ordered in samples for me; and then even brought over a box for me to see bigger pieces before we moved forward with the install. Buyer beware! If you’re in the market to buy LVP, Floortech says this noise is normal (turn volume up on floor vids and down on level vids) and tried to gaslight me for a year and a half about it. This is what you get for almost $35k from floortech. After over a year of asking why it makes the noise and requesting a fix, the owner finally showed me a video of his own floor doing the same thing, proving (to himself) that it's normal. Floortech was great to work with. They didnt push sales on me but rather made me feel comfortable with my decision. They even encouraged me to spend less. Logistics and installation were fantastic. Definitely use them again.
We had an amazing experience working with Jeff! I had some idea of the flooring and backsplash I wanted, but his expert advice on style and materials helped me make my final decisions. The craftsmanship on both projects is exceptional! I am absolutely in love with both finish products! We will be back for our next endeavor!
Reasonable pricing, great selection, and EXCELLENT customer service! After a pipe burst in our basement, Floortech helped us replace our flooring. They worked with our insurance company to make sure we were getting fairly compensated. The salesman helped us find beautiful, quality flooring in our price range (no hassling involved!).
