Floortech was established in 1984. The business started in Southport across the street from Long's Bakery. In 1989 we moved our location to the Northeast corner of Southport and Bluff Road. We continued to grow for over 27 years at this location. In March 2017, we moved to our current location in Greenwood. We are located just south of Fairview off of S.R.135 (behind McDonald's).

Buyer beware! If you’re in the market to buy LVP, Floortech says this noise is normal (turn volume up on floor vids and down on level vids) and tried to gaslight me for a year and a half about it. This is what you get for almost $35k from floortech. Owner finally showed me a video of his floor doing the same thing and therefore it’s normal. We had an amazing experience working with Jeff! I had some idea of the flooring and backsplash I wanted, but his expert advice on style and materials helped me make my final decisions.
