This is the second time we have had Jeremy and Floortech do work at our house. After our first experience, there wasn't even a discussion about who would handle our basement re-carpeting project. To say I'm pleased with Floortech is an understatement. Jeremy took our project as a high priority and cared for our needs as his own. He gave us competitive pricing and excellent customer service. Steve the install technician was professional and did an amazing job. We have wowed our friends and family with the new look of our living room and bedrooms. We are very happy with Floortech and would highly recommend them.
Jeremy was a pleasure to work with! He was extremely helpful in helping us pick out flooring and figure something out that would fit our budget. He communicates well and communicates quickly, and is more interested in working out a win-win than just trying to sell something. We'll definitely be using Floortech again the next time we need flooring done.
Working with FloorTech was such a great experience! They took time with me for the design, the technicians that came to do the work were super helpful and the finished product is beautiful! It was a very small project so I was that they were willing to do it. Jeremy was SO helpful and patient with me! I can’t say enough about this company.
