Great experience with Floortech Franklin. Jeremy was incredible to work with as he took the measurements and discussed tile options. Eddy was a pleasure to work with as well. From the moment he stepped foot into my home he was respectful, explained everything and sought my concurrence, and took immense pride in the quality of his work. My kitchen is gorgeous and I can't help but smile every time I walk into it. I highly recommend Floortech Franklin for all your tile needs.
In Dec 2025, our home experienced water damage. The flooring on the main level, as well as the basement, needed to be replaced. Jeremy at Floortech did an excellent job working with me to discuss options and ultimately to replace all of our flooring. Jeremy takes his time and explains things very well. He has a great team who does great work. I wholeheartedly recommend Floortech for all of your carpet and hard flooring requirments.
This is the second time we have had Jeremy and Floortech do work at our house. After our first experience, there wasn't even a discussion about who would handle our basement re-carpeting project. I experienced a flood and FloorTech replaced all the floors in my basement. They also replaced the carpet on my stairs. The floors turned out gorgeous and there were a lot of options to choose from!
To say I'm pleased with Floortech is an understatement. Jeremy took our project as a high priority and cared for our needs as his own. He gave us competitive pricing and excellent customer service. Steve the install technician was professional and did an amazing job. We have wowed our friends and family with the new look of our living room and bedrooms.
