Floorz did a wonderful job replacing the carpets in our bedrooms and bonus room. They were so helpful in providing knowledge and expertise on the best carpet for us to choose for our family and were extremely fast in getting us scheduled for install. It was a big job with a lot of furniture to move and the workers handled everything with care. The product turned out beautiful and we love our new carpet! Thank you!
Great experience with Floorz in Cool Springs, TN. They were able to obtain the flooring that I had installed years ago. Match perfectly. The crew that did the install were outstanding. The Floorz crew did an excellent job installing my new wood floor. They arrived on time and were respectful of my property. Their supervisor stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly and see if I had any questions. He also went above and beyond to help me get set back up. From my first correspondence to final install, my experience with Floorz was phenomenal. Stephanie worked with me to select the exact flooring I was looking for - one that fit the style, feel and budget I wanted. She worked with my builder seamlessly as well. On install day the crew was super helpful, kind and obviously took care in putting my floors in. Our LVP looks great and I know it will hold up to our crazy, dog-loving, farm-living family for years!
