A week or so ago I changed our wifi password which meant that I needed to reset our Fluent cameras. I called Fluent several times, there techs told me to do this and that and reset my modem, etc. etc. I was very frustrated. These procedures didnt work. I called Fluent again to ask for a service tech appointment. No appointments available. Honestly, getting solar panels with Fluent was super smooth! I have heard so many negative things from people and reviews on the internet about solar companies. Fluent Solar has been amazing! Every step of the process was very simple and easy to follow. No blurred lines. The guys I talked to have all been very honest and transparent. Definitely recommending to my friends and family!

I have always been satisfied with Fluent's response time and customer service. However, I do believe they are taking advantage of customers due to the 5G upgrade. I was contacted by voicemail and text message about my security panel requiring a new chip in it due to the cell towers in the area switching to 5G. Fine, sounds logical. The customer service representative first tried to lock me into a 60 month contract then a 36 month contract. I am currently month to month as I have had the system for over my initial 60 month co... read more

The representatives Of tech-support have been awesome and do the best they can.The quality of services from the company itself not so good I have Technical problems with my doorbell for over a year higher *** refuse request to send a tech directly to the site to see what Im talking about until I Finally after warranty is up agreed to buy/Pre-pay for a whole new doorbell . Going to give it one more try with the product hopefully it was a one time faulty system.
