My system was installed on time. The project management team is great. Fluent is the only company that if I have a question there is one point of contact. There were some issues with my city inspection and I got a call from my rep and he explained that this was not uncommon but that they were on it. That issue was resolved within two days. Fluent HQ reached out to me and my wife and helped me install the app to tract my production. I check it daily and Im surprised at the production I get even on cloudy days. Overall, I am satisfied with Fluent Solar. They handled all the paperwork with the city getting permit approvals and inspections. Once the city approved the system, then they got it installed mostly in one day (although there was a bit of a flap because the plan was NOT correct and the installers had to make some ******************, which necessitated a part they didn't have and to tear out some things we had built at the back of the house that wasn't planned). So far working with Fluent has been a great experience. From **** who initially knocked on our door and pitched the solar panels, to Drake who closed the deal with his solar presentation. Both were very professional and knowledgeable about their product. We have been in this process for about a month now and everything has gone smoothly, permits have been granted and now awaiting our install date!
Our Salesman was nice and so has the Kiri. She is the one I have been turning to when things are trying to go sideways. The roofing folks had an issues with payment, Kiri was able to get that handled quickly.

Fluent Solar has been a breeze to work with. Adding solar was not a quick decision for us, and it's a shame to see how many companies have poor reviews. As I learned, this is mainly due to permitting delays. I was concerned about some of the negative reviews on this site, but my experience has been very positive. They've communicated through multiple channels (email, text, phone calls, and even an in-person visit today!). I am super happy with Fluent in Colorado. My husband was skeptical due to the previous reviews but they took awesome care of us! Our install took far less than originally anticipated and my system is already on. They were on top of communication before we had a chance to ask questions, we had a minor issue connecting to our inverter app but that was resolved quickly. Highly recommend. I referred a few friends who are also super pleased so far. Great customer service!! Thank you. Thank you.
