I own restaurants in Salt Lake and was preparing to open my fourth. I have had extremely bad luck in the past buying used equipment from other restaurant equipment dealers. I have been going to Food Service Supply for all my equipment needs for 3 years now. Even before they were at their current location. I know I can call Blake and he can find exactly what I am looking for at a great price that is more than fair. It took a little while for the people at F.S.S. to reply to my phone call but when I finally met with someone at their warehouse I was surprised how knowledgeable they were about their products. I plan on buying more from them in the future. I have had the ice machine and prep table I bought from them before they even conducted business under this name, about three years and they are both running strong.
Food Service Supply was one of the easiest Restaurant Equipment shopping experiences I have had so far. The owner, Blake was very attentive to my needs and did not try to over sell me. I wish I would have gone to them before I spent my money at another dealer and had bad luck with their equipment. They even called the other day to check on me. I will definitely visit Food Service Supply again.
