DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY SERVICES Excuses, Excuses, Excuses that’s all the front desk gave me 4 weeks later after calling in 3 different times when discovering my lab work had NEVER been read from Dr. Shafiq. They tried to say they never received it. I went back to draw lab showing me 2 different timestamp of the lab work documents sent and delivered 4 weeks ago than 3 weeks ago! Not impressed; 2 visits, 2 co-pays, nothing done in office, no follow-thru; Dr. Lutter is intelligent but can't seem to get the staff to do anything.
I have seen a few podiatrists in the past. So far, this has been my best experience. Dr Shafiek took the time to listen to my concerns and explained the cause of the issue and different solutions available. Would definitely recommend.
I had a great experience at this clinic. I didn’t have to wait long, the staff were all professional and kind. The doctor was great! Very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend to come here for your foot care needs.
Honestly every person I interacted with from the front desk to the person that got my info to the doctor himself were amazing. I had my options very clearly laid out for me, the procedure explained very thoroughly, and he was doing his best to calm and soothe through the painful part. 10/10 would recommend 🙏🏻
