Their ********** Office business practices are deceptive and they purposely choose to not inform their service techs what they are supposed to be treating. I had one tech tell my wife he wasn't going to treat my home for ********* bees as required and now another one that just didn't do it, but they have no problem charging me every month. Absolutely one of the shadiest businesses I've ever used. They send salespeople door-to-door (which should've been the first red flag), reeling you in hook, line, and sinker with the promise of pest control that is "month-to-month" with a "cancel anytime" policy. You are sold that bill of goods thinking it's basically a trial; you are paying for it, but if you're unhappy, it's relatively quick, easy, and painless to cancel. AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** Im not sure where the good reviews are coming from as my familys experience has been a nightmare. High pressure sales, came for initial service in July 2023, service did not work (YES we still had the ants, moles and spiders). Called for re-service as their contract states if their service doesnt solve the issue, they will come back and do a free service. I just wanted to leave a small review because I was gung ho and all excited about becoming a customer of this business. Only for them to come out and assist the situation and for them to put a black box down, because it was a rat situation.So that small black box that they put down has now cost me $435. And now it is being sent to my credit bureau and all that stuff because I'm not paying $435 for a black box.
