My floors were installed incorrectly. Wood floors without a moisture barrier. The tiles are coming up. My carpets were laid without heating up the house and weren’t stretched properly causing ripples and waves. Making it difficult to vacuum. They aren’t willing to take responsibility even though it’s out warranty.
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Fox Carpet Connection. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. They came in to fix some damaged wood flooring, and the repair was flawless. They also installed brand new flooring and carpet throughout other areas of my house. I highly recommend Fox's carpet. George and his crew always do a great job, I've used them for many jobs from Cleaning carpets to installing carpet, & laminate floors, they have even cleaned out my duct work for me. Jen is always so friendly and helpful whenever i call with questions. I have noting but great things to report, hands down the best around.

Love the people that work at Fox’s carpet. The quality of carpet was great, for a reasonable price. The install man did an amazing job. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else for flooring and carpet!
