My floors were installed incorrectly. Wood floors without a moisture barrier. The tiles are coming up. My carpets were laid without heating up the house and weren’t stretched properly causing ripples and waves. Making it difficult to vacuum. They aren’t willing to take responsibility even though it’s out warranty.
I highly recommend Fox's carpet. George and his crew always do a great job, I've used them for many jobs from Cleaning carpets to installing carpet, & laminate floors, they have even cleaned out my duct work for me. Jen is always so friendly and helpful whenever i call with questions. I have noting but great things to report, hands down the best around.
George Fox and the team at Fox's Carpet Connection are tremendous individuals. The completed the flooring in my home. Love the people that work at Fox’s carpet. The quality of carpet was great, for a reasonable price. The install man did an amazing job. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else for flooring and carpet!
Fox's Carpet Connection were wonderfully helpful to us in replacing our worn out wall to wall carpet throughout our home. Our new carpet came from a Georgia plant delivered to Fox in about three weeks. Within a week after that Dale and his helper arrived and amazed us at how professional and courteous and caring about moving our furniture for the installation was; they are virtual artists at cutting and placing our carpet.
