I am a returning customer of F&R interiors they know their stuff! I had an issue with my hunter Douglas blinds ( nothing to do with F&R) Celine helped me resolve the issue with by far the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time.she instantly wanted to go above and beyond to resolve my problem. What a pleasure dealing with Celine is.
I had a great experience when hiring F&R Interiors to redo window my shades. They installed motorized Duette shades connected to an app on my phone, it's really easy to use and I am able to control my shades from anywhere. All the staff was really helpful and they installed everything pretty quickly and I didn't need to be there for them to do the installation.
My fiancé and I looked around and got estimates from a few places. No one took the time and detail like Helane did with our place. She wasn't scared to actually go against some ideas I had and I was SO happy about it. She helped us design some draperies and shades that are absolutely beautiful. The total process only took a few weeks and worth every second. Helane at F&R knows every aspect of window treatments. She patiently spent time explaining my options and made terrific suggestions. Great sense of color - she proposed wonderful colors and textures for numerous window treatments. Installation was also impressive and easy. Overall, fantastic experience.

You know what they say... You either have it or you don't. Sandra definitely has it. I can not explain how talented she is. She is beyond professional, and her aesthetic is unique and vibrant.
