Frank was amazing. He is very polite and respectful. He is super responsive to calls and messages. He always gave me advice when looking at houses and was observant to damages. He was a great negotiator but never too pushy. I was extremely busy during the whole process and I depended on Frank to get everything done for me. He found contractors for the repairs and dealt w the lender a lot. I would love to do business with Frank again.

Frank was great to work with, as a first time home buyer, he explained everything very well and kept me up to speed on all the processes! Frank was the only realtor that actually gave me the time of day and took my request serious and returned my phone calls. He was always very friendly, answered the phone anytime I had a question, worked with me and we viewed probably 12-16 properties before I finally decided on one.
