Extra 25$ for parking per day, and extra 25$ destination fee per day. Breakfast was not bad.
Our room was not cleant and was horrible..beds not made,towels on bathroom floor
DO NOT GO HERE. Thet charge $25 per day for parking and an ADDITIONAL $25 per day "destination charge." You supposedly could use the $25 on food -- but only $25 each day. And the breakfast was AWFUL. I couldn't stomach it and wound up at the Starbucks next door for breakfast. AVOID like the plague and add $50/night to what you're paying. House of Chang nearby was GREAT for dinner.
I had multiple issues with this high-priced hotel.. The air conditioner barely worked, and on a 90 degree day was inadequate. The woman at the front desk said she would send someone right away when I called about this, and it took hours. The person who came couldn't fix it, and said since we would be leaving the next day anyway, he wouldn’t (or couldn’t) do anything about it. The check-in experience was really bad, no smiles and very rude. The room on the 1 st floor is very noisy for the parking lot. Quality/Price very bad.
The Freepoint offered a suitable place to stay. There is no personality at the hotel, if that is what you expect. The beds are comfortable, and the water pressure is great!
I never hear parking fee $25 need to pay the taxes. They total charge me $29 for the over night parking the hotel wasn’t good . Don’t stay here.
The hidden fees felt slimy and ridiculous. Extra charge to park in their expansive parking lot.
